What hair textures do you offer?
Our current collection includes Straight, Body Wave, and Water Wave textures. Availability may vary depending on the product and length selected.
How many bundles do I need?
The number of bundles needed depends on your desired length and fullness. As a general guide:
18–22 inches: 3 bundles
24–28 inches: 3–4 bundles
30 inches and longer: 4 bundles recommended
For a fuller look, we recommend adding an additional bundle.
Can the hair be colored or bleached?
Yes. Because our hair is virgin human hair, it can be professionally colored and styled. However, chemical processing can affect the condition and longevity of any human hair. We strongly recommend having coloring or bleaching performed by a licensed professional and keeping the hair properly moisturized afterward.
Can I use heat on the hair?
Yes. Our virgin human hair can be heat styled. We recommend always using a heat protectant and avoiding excessive heat to help maintain the quality and longevity of your hair.
Does the hair shed or tangle?
Some minimal shedding is normal with human hair, especially after cutting wefts or manipulating lace pieces. Proper installation, detangling, washing, and maintenance can help minimize shedding and tangling.
How long will my hair last?
The lifespan can last up to 2 to 4 years. The hair depends heavily on installation, maintenance, heat usage, chemical processing, and how frequently it is worn. With proper care, premium virgin hair can be reused and enjoyed for multiple installs.
How should I care for my hair?
We recommend gently detangling from the ends upward, washing with quality hair-care products, keeping the hair moisturized, limiting excessive heat, and allowing the hair to air dry whenever possible.
Always store your hair properly when it is not being worn.
